Harshita Bhawnani (“the studio”, “we”, “us”) is an interior design and 3D visualisation practice based in Gurgaon, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

When you use the enquiry or free-quote form we collect the details you provide, name, phone number, email, location, project type and any notes. We may also receive floor plans or photographs you choose to share.
3. How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. Sharing
We share information with third parties only where needed to deliver your project, for example a contractor or vendor you have engaged, and only with your knowledge. We may use trusted tools for email and file storage that process data on our behalf.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any marketing email, at any time by writing to us.
7. Cookies & analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand how pages are used. These do not identify you personally and can be blocked in your browser settings.
