1. Scope of services
The studio provides interior design services including requirement analysis, space planning, 2D layouts, 3D visualisation, material specification and execution support, as agreed in each project proposal.
2. Proposals & fees
Each project is quoted as a fixed fee in the proposal. Fees, stages and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Payments
Work proceeds against the agreed payment stages. Deliverables for a stage are released once that stage’s payment is received. Late payment may pause the project timeline.
4. Revisions
The number of design and 3D revisions included is defined per package. Additional rounds beyond that scope are quoted separately before being carried out.
5. Execution & site work
The studio provides drawings and specifications. If you engage your own contractor or vendors, they are responsible for construction quality, safety, and timelines; the studio reviews work only at agreed stages.
6. Intellectual property
Designs, drawings and renders remain the studio’s intellectual property until fees are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them for the agreed project. The studio may feature the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
The studio is not liable for costs arising from third-party execution, material availability or price changes, or delays outside its control. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project stage.

8.Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate site details and access, respond to approvals within 3 working days, and obtain any permissions from your society or landlord. The studio is not responsible for errors in the information you provide. Delays on your side extend the timeline accordingly.
